Job Role: Quantity Surveyor Social Housing Planned Works
Location: Hybrid - East London & Site Visits
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Join a leading principal contractor delivering planned investment works in the social housing sector. Youll play a key role in managing costs, maximizing value, and ensuring the commercial success of planned refurbishmentprojects, particularlyresidential buildings.
What Youll Be Doing:
Cost Management Prepare CVRs, valuations, and reports to optimize financial performance.
Subcontractor & Tender Strategies Oversee procurement, contracts, and maximize value recovery.
Final Accounts & Cash Flow Work with the Commercial Manager to close accounts and enhance cash flow.
Project & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with teams, clients, and suppliers to drive success.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in commercial roles within social housing planned works .
Strong financial acumen with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of contract management, cost control, and tender strategies.
