You'll play a key role in maximizing profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

What will I be doing? In this role, you'll:
Own the budgeting process-create accurate estimates and keep costs under control.
Stay on top of project costs, spotting savings and managing any variances.
Lead procurement and contract negotiations, handling variations, claims, and disputes.
Make sure contracts tick all the legal, regulatory, and client requirement boxes.
Spot potential risks early, put mitigation plans in place, and guide teams to stay ahead.
