Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor) to join their commercial team.

This role offers flexibility, with the ability to live anywhere between Truro and Exeter. You must be willing to travel to both offices and various site locations throughout Cornwall.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Report directly to the Commercial Director

* Maintain and enhance commercial processes and procedures

* Apply best practice principles to maximise profitability

* Monitor, reduce, and eliminate unnecessary costs and inefficiencies

* Ensure the timely preparation and settlement of final accounts

To be considered, you will need:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a main contractor or developer

* A HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (preferred)
