Quantity Surveyor

4Site are working with a leading high-end residential main contractor delivering exceptional refurbishments and new-build projects across South West and Central London.

They’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing young & ambitious team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle – from tendering through to final account.

What we're looking for:

• 
  

  Proven experience working on UK-based residential projects

• 
  

  A confident communicator with strong commercial acumen

• 
  

  Ability to manage cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts

• 
  

  Someone who enjoys working closely with site teams, architects, and clients

• 
  

  Background in high-end/luxury resi is highly desirable
