I am working with a client based in Caldicot that is looking to appoint a Quotations Lead to help support their�growth plans.
The Quotation Lead plays a fundamental role in driving all commercial operations for the client.
The role will include:�
  • Collating customer and supplier information for quotations
  • Verifying specification requirements from customers and validating these are met
  • Sourcing and pricing parts and services including those from third parties
  • Producing, verifying and approving quotations
  • Completing Technical information to support quotation and operational activities
  • Presenting quotations to customers

Core Responsibilities
  • Communication: Internal and external communication utilising�phone, email, Microsoft Teams�
  • Pricing: Quote compilation and processing using pricing tools and practices to meet customer needs�
  • Sales Management: Customer Relations Management including CRM updates, email and outbound calling to seek updates and work winning opportunities�
  • Technical Management: Completion of technical information, advantageous would be the ability to complete complex designs and manufacturing information to support both sales and operational activities�
  • Data Management and Reporting: Completing reports and contract updates utilising�Microsoft programmes and business based applications
  • General administration tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, however full training will be provided�
  • Experience within the Construction, Process and/or Industrial sectors advantageous.�
  • Design background with qualifications in Autodesk CAD beneficial but not essential�
  • Understanding of HVAC advantageous.�
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills, highly organised with the ability to manage a varied programme of work�
  • Be committed to providing good customer service with a drive for continuous improvement.�
  • Be professional and confident with great written and spoken skills.�
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.�
  • Be computer literate and have experience using Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel.�
  • Work well as part of a team but have the ability to work on your own initiative.�
  • Be able to provide quality customer service to the management team, colleagues, and customers.�
  • Be able to communicate positively and assertively in what can be a busy working environment.�
  • Can work under pressure in a calm and methodical way during busy periods.�
  • Driving licence with own transport.�
  • Minimum 3 Years expedience
