Apex Radiology's affiliated companies include Lake Imaging (Victoria), South Coast Radiology (Queensland), Imaging Queensland (Queensland), IDXt (tele reporting) and in NZ, which as a Group, we report over 1 million exams per year.

We are currently seeking a Radiologist to work in the Mandurah - Peel Region of Western Australia.

The position is primarily based at the Peel Health Campus which is the main healthcare provider for the Peel region. It is both a public and private hospital and is owned by private healthcare provider Ramsay Health.

Mandurah is Western Australia's 2nd largest city located on the coast less than one hour south of Perth and offers a family friendly lifestyle and surrounded by magnificent beaches.

THE ROLE

• Quality high level reporting across a full complement of modalities including: CT, General X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound and Interventional Radiology
• 80 - 100 cases per day, depending on the case mix
• Full Time, Part time or Locum
• Working Monday to Friday with participation in on-call roster as required
• Hybrid tele and onsite available

ABOUT YOU

• Must be eligible for fellowship with RANZCR
• Current Australian Medical Board Registration with APHRA
• Supervision of medical procedures and patient care within rostered site of reporting
• Leadership, vision, decision making acuity in relation to all radiology imaging procedures
• Ability to communicate well with patients, technical and support staff and referring practitioners
• Quality high level reporting across a full complement of modalities
