Railway MEP Commercial Manager

Are you an MEP Commercial Manager with experience working on MEP railway fit-outs for a main contractor?
 
Do you have experience on major railway infrastructure projects?
 
Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum
Location: West Ruislip or North Acton - 4 days on site, 1 day home working.

Role Details:
My client is a leading contractor working on major HS2 works, looking for a MEP Commercial Manager to support the MEP fit-out function of the business.
 
You will be responsible for developing the MEP functions specific cost and performance reporting, tracking and leading the subcontract / agency suppliers. You will also be responsible for 6-monthly production of the BUF as defined under the Contract, making sure we are in line with the BUF Production.
