We are looking for full time and part time staff. Routes available for walkers and drivers with access to their own vehicles.

Up to £26p/h Mon to Fri

Up to £30 Sat

56p mileage paid

Hours:

8am-6pm

Duties of a Community Nurse:

• Domestic assistance
\n
• Personal care (assisting with washing and dressing, to aiding with toileting)
\n
• Medication support (support and training will be provided)
\n
• Meal preparation/support
\n
• Promoting dignity and respect, as well as independence and encourage service users well-being
\n
• Emotional and social support
\n
