Rare In-house Insurance Lawyer (NQ+)

A NQ+ role at a global insurance company to join a well-established and incredibly down-to-earth legal team to support their underwriting business, having the opportunity to attend client meetings with the underwriters including closings and dinners which is a very rare offering, making it an incredibly commercial role. The role will involve working on asset backed finance such as aviation. However, our client doesn t require someone with this specialism. They are willing to consider a lawyer who has some good grounding in other commercial insurance lines. The focus is on bringing someone with the right personality fit, strong work ethics and a positive attitude who can grow into the role. Whilst the focus will be on supporting the underwriting team on their bespoke and structured insurance transactions, you will have the opportunity tobroaden your skills sets into commercial agreements and other areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance experience looking to learn, develop and be supported but also be given autonomy.
