Are you looking for a Regulatory Position that would offer extensive technical content around REACH Regulations (UK + EU, and some global involvements), and multiple Projects to manage?
Our client, a US based leading consultancy firm in the Chemical space with offices in Central Manchester, is currently looking for a Sr Regulatory profile to join their team on a permanent basis to tackle some high stakes regulatory dossier work around REACH and REACH like regulations around the global.
In this role, you'll leverage your chemistry expertise and global chemicals management knowledge to support expansive chemicals notification projects, with a focus on European Union and United Kingdom regulations. The position will require a high level of expertise in different areas of REACH dossiers.
You'll play a key role in establishing our client as a hub for excellence in chemical notification services, handling business development, project management, and regulatory compliance consulting.
Responsibilities:
Managing global chemicals management compliance projects, including EU REACH and UK REACH services, data analysis, and dossier preparation.
Providing "Only Representative" services or similar, with associated data and project management tasks.
Active participation in REACH Lead Registration/Co-registration.
Developing and maintain professional relationships with clients, facilitating meetings and progressing projects.
Apply skills and teamwork to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
Profile:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' relevant industry or consultancy experience, working with EU/UK REACH including project management.
IUCLID and REACH IT Proficiency
Sound understanding of organic chemistry, chemical structures, and naming conventions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Available to commute at least once a week to Manchester offices
