Reach FLT Operative - Days

Stafforce are recruiting FLT operatives for our client based in Chesterfield. There are several shift patterns available including 4 on 4 off and 5 from 7 and the rate of pay is between �11.44-�12.20 dependant on experience. This a temporary to permanent position. Key Responsibilities:

• FLT Driving: Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT), including Reach Truck and PPT, to move goods around the warehouse efficiently.
• Marshalling and Loading: Support the movement and loading of goods to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Goods In and Palletising: Manage incoming goods, ensure correct storage, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure efficient operations and meet deadlines.
• Use Initiative: Be proactive in managing your workload, prioritising tasks, and ensuring a safe and organised work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience ideally.
• FLT Reach Truck and PPT license are highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working on a 4 on / 4 off shift rota basis.
