Reactive Supervisor - Walton on Thames

We are looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join our Housing Contractor Client Based in Walton on Thames, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reactive works as well as ensuring good satisfaction to housing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be supervising a team of 10-15 operatives 
• Ensure the delivery of a high-quality service by managing work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
• Represent the company at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager.
• Manage the responsive repairs function, ensuring consistent performance against targets.
• Oversee material costs, ensuring effective and efficient management while adhering to proper processes and procedures.
• Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining the optimal employment levels to maintain service quality.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• SSSTS or SMSTS cert 

What is Offered:

• Competitive hourly rate - up to £24 per hour
