Contract : Permanent, full time

What will you be responsible for?

As Reactive Works Supervisor, you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in ensuring that the delivery of routine and cyclic maintenance and resilience works is carried out to achieve programme and budgetary requirements

Your day to day will include:

Developing maintenance solutions by reviewing traffic management proposals minimising delays and not compromising safety

Assisting the Operations Manager in the programming, management and delivery of routine and severe weather services, allocating and supervising works and resources ensuring compliance with program and the maintenance requirement plan

Aiding with emergency response, organising remedial repairs, undertaking site inductions / briefings / toolbox talks and maintaining records from these

Liaising with the client, members of the public and other key stakeholders including the emergency services where required, actively assisting the road space staff, contractors, local authorities in the administration of works on the network to alleviate congestion due to road works

Managing performance, training, and development in accordance to business needs, working with the Operations Manager as required, liaising with the Fleet / Transport Manager to ensure maintenance of vehicles and plant is up to date and when required for servicing, assessing plant and material needs for work to be carried out, undertaking risk assessments & safety checks, toolbox talks and audits

Hold NRSWA Supervisor, Lantra accreditation, SSSTS and can drive / hold a driving licence
