They have a varied portfolio including very high end and more affordable hotels, residential and commercial assets. We have hired for them in global locations and they have a remarkable portfolio and its dynamic, well run company. Role Description: Develop and implement acquisition strategies to achieve company growth targets. Identify potential acquisition targets that align with the company s strategic goals. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including potential sellers, brokers, and advisors. Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational assessments. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure thorough evaluation of potential acquisitions. Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability of acquisition targets. Develop and present valuation analyses to senior management and the board of directors. Lead negotiations on deal terms, structure, and pricing. Oversee the execution of acquisition agreements and related documentation. Develop integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and realization of synergies post-acquisition. Work closely with operational teams to implement integration strategies effectively. Build and manage a high-performing acquisitions team. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition activities and performance to senior management. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of successfully leading hotel acquisition processes in the UK. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent negotiation and deal structuring abilities. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
