Our client, a well-established organisation based in Birmingham, is seeking a talented individual to join their expanding Real Estate team, working on a range of general commercial property matters including a mix of development, investment, and occupiers work.
This team is highly regarded in the field, and is led by a Partner who is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 (2024 edition) and ranked as a leading Individual in Chambers & Partners (2024 edition). They bring vast experience as a transactional commercial property lawyer, handling large-scale projects and planning work.
As our client experiences a surge in client demand, they are seeking an additional lawyer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-4 years' experience gained in a reputable regional or City firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, delivering exceptional client service under minimal supervision. Flexibility to support the wider team and work across various workstreams is essential.
