The multi partner practice sits within the firm s banking & finance team, clients include national/international developers, funds, banks and alternative lenders. The team handles both investment and development financing.Their top tier ranked real estate practice work across a number of sectors including retail, hotels, logistics, leisure and industrials. Candidates qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc) are encouraged to get in touch. They will consider real estate lawyers with extensive financing experience or general banking & finance lawyers who have had significant exposure to real estate finance.
