They are looking to add a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with 3+ PQE to their busy London office. The multi-partner practice is within the firm s banking & finance team, serving clients such as national/international developers, funds, banks, and alternative lenders. The team handles both investment and development financing. The top-tier ranked real estate practice works across various sectors including retail, hotels, logistics, leisure, and industrials. Candidates qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.) are encouraged to apply. They will consider real estate lawyers with extensive financing experience or general banking & finance lawyers who have had significant exposure to real estate finance.
