The role involves acting for borrowers/sponsors and lenders on LMA transaction documentation, investment financing, development financing, and back-leverage/loan-on-loan financing. The team works with banks, funds, sponsors, and major corporates on multi-jurisdictional deals across various sectors, including event-driven financings, structured financings, real estate, and asset finance.
