About:

I am supporting a world-leading Real Estate Private Equity business in this position within their Investment Management team.
This is a Global team, playing a pivotal in supporting the Chief Investment Officer, and the Investment Committee/senior team, in defining and developing the investment strategy across the business. In particular, in defining in how investments development the goals of the wider European portfolio.

The Role:

This is a quantitive role, involving sharp financial analysis but combined with a strategic mind-set, with exemplary communication skills - which you will utilise to both advocate, or disclose reservations, for transactions across the Group at the Investment Committee level.
You will conduct independent reviews of each investment’s risk-return characteristics, oversee global portfolio construction and monitoring, and drive impactful investment strategy, and provide portfolio insights, and recommendations.
