The firm's Real Estate Litigation team is a market leader and known as one of the best practices in the UK, ranked highly across the legal directories. As a team, the practice advises on high-profile commercial lease disputes including asset management matters over London's iconic buildings. The practice is looking for a 2-4 year PQE Real Estate Disputes lawyer to handle a full range of commercial property disputes. Desirable experience includes dealing with development disputes, nuisance, property contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, property-related professional negligence claims, and contested lease renewals.
