Commercial Development and Investment (Real Estate)

The Opportunity

We are partnered with a leading London law firm who boast one of the largest Real Estate practices in the UK.

Our client is seeking a NQ Solicitor to join their Legal 500 Top Tier ranked Commercial Development and Investment department.

The department have delivered on numerous high profile, market leading projects. They advise pension funds, overseas investors, private equity, developers and government bodies investing and developing commercial and mixed-use real estate.

The role will involve working alongside talented Partners and Associates on the following:

  • Assisting with due diligence on acquisitions;
  • Disposals of investment assets;
  • Regeneration and redevelopment projects;
  • Lettings and Pre-lettings;
  • Joint ventures;
  • Funding: carrying out title investigation, searches, enquiries, drafting and negotiating Certificates of Title, managing the process and CPs on portfolio financing with other colleagues and other firms;
  • Business development.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to increase the breadth of their experience and work on challenging and innovative deals with high profile and sophisticated clients.

The positions comes with an attractive starting salary of �95,000 - �100,000, plus a competitive benefits package.

Required Experience

Our client is seeking a technically strong Trainee Solicitor / NQ Solicitor who has worked in a recognised Real Estate department of a Top Tier law firm.

The position is to commence this year, therefore, you must either have recently qualified or be due to qualify in August/September 2024.

You will have excellent academics.
