Real Estate Private Equity Associate or Vice President We are currently assisting a global investor in their search for a Real Estate Private Equity Associate or Vice President to join their team in London. Our client oversees the management of approximately 40 billion in assets and specialises in a broad range of real estate investments across Europe. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed industry, market, and company-specific research. Build and maintain complex financial models for deal analysis and portfolio monitoring. Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and closing. Assist in the preparation of investment committee memoranda and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 3 to 8 years of relevant real estate experience gained in investment banking and private equity (or similar). Fluency in Spanish and French is required. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential.
