Real Estate Private Equity Vice President We are currently assisting a pan-European fund in their search for a Real Estate Private Equity Vice President. As one of the leading investors in Europe, our client manages a portfolio of 10 billion in assets. They have a highly successful track record spanning decades. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed industry, market, and company-specific research. Build and maintain complex financial models for deal analysis and portfolio monitoring. Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and closing. Assist in the preparation of investment committee memoranda and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of relevant real estate experience gained in investment banking and private equity (or similar). Deal experience in the UK&I and wider Europe, particularly Spain. Exposure to the hospitality sector. Fluency in Spanish. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential.
