We are currently assisting a pan-European fund intheir search for a Real Estate Private Equity Vice President. As oneof the leading investors in Europe, our client manages a portfolio of 10 billion in assets. They have a highly successful track recordspanning decades. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed industry, market, andcompany-specific research. Build and maintain complexfinancial models for deal analysis and portfolio monitoring. Participate in all stages of the transaction process,including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and closing. Assist in the preparation of investment committee memorandaand presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or arelated field. 7 to 10 years of relevant real estateexperience gained in investment banking and private equity (orsimilar). Deal experience in the UK&I and wider Europe,particularly Spain. Exposure to the hospitality sector. Fluency in Spanish. Strong analytical andpresentation skills are essential.
