They are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Reception Manager to lead the front desk team, ensuring every guest receives the highest standard of service.

Role Overview: As the Reception Manager, you will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You will be the face of our hotel, responsible for managing the reception team, handling guest relations, and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the front desk team, providing training, support, and motivation.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by handling complaints, requests, and inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications in Opera.
  • Monitor and manage front desk supplies and inventory.
  • Prepare and present reports on front desk operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within front desk or guest relations.
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
