What's involved?

As Reception Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the organising and running of the reception desk and team
• Duty management shifts as and when required
• Ensure reception duties and hand over procedures are effectively adhered to in line with company policy
• Dealing with health & safety issues, including being fully conversant with fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
• Meeting revenue targets and organising any bonuses that are met
• Monitoring room inventory in order to maximise the room revenue, occupancy and ADR
• Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP's, corporate and regular guests

We are seeking a dynamic Reception Manager with a background in medium sized hotels or resorts, showcasing strong leadership skills and a proactive 'can do' attitude. Experience with Guestline would be advantageous, and along with excellent communication abilities
