I am on the lookout for a Reception Manager to join this luxury hotel in Devon. My client is looking for a confident and well organized individual to join their team at this fantastic hotel on the Devon coast.
About the position
Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and maintain to the highest standards
Act as an ambassador for the hotel and brand
Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
The successful candidate
At least 2 years’ experience as a Reception Manager
Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
A natural team leader
