An inclusive mainstream Primary School in Willesden, Brent is looking for a dynamic & adaptive Reception SEN Learning Support Assistant. The appointed applicant will be required to work on a one to one basis with a lovely girl who has a diagnosis of Autism and Speech & Language delays.
This is the perfect role for a Psychology graduate/ aspiring Speech & Language Therapist with existing SEN experience and the initiative needed to excel within this complex role.
The school are keen to offer bespoke, in-house training to the successful Reception SEN Learning Support Assistant to ensure that the best care is provided to the child. A high level of empathy, care and commitment is required for this role as the girl is non-verbal and comes from a background of trauma.
