Reeson Education are working closely with a client school based in White City, West London, looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or a passionate newcomer to contribute to the early education of our young learners.

• Inner London main pay scale (£36,745 - £52,526 per annum)

Key Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Reception curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and valued.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

Requirements of the Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience Teaching with early years or Reception-aged children is desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to enhancing your teaching practice.
