Duties will include (but are not limited to):




  1. Meeting and greeting

  2. Coordinating bookings online and over the phone

  3. Arranging documentation and certificates

  4. Responding to telephone enquiries �

  5. Diary management

  6. Email/inbox management

  7. Other general ad hoc administrative duties as required





Skills Required:




  1. Process driven with a high attention to detail

  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  3. Highly organised

  4. A sense of humour and the ability to cope in a deadline driven environment
