Receptionist/Host

We are looking for a Receptionist/Host for a client of ours in Welham Green, Hatfield to start immediately!

This is a temporary role for at least a couple of weeks but could be extended to a couple of months. Working 4-5 days per week, 07:00-4:30pm paying �11.44 per hour.

Duties for this Receptionist/Host role:

• First point of contact for all face to face customers
• Ensure reception area is staffed and kept tidy at all times
• Direct customers towards the seating area and offer refreshments while they are waiting
• Keep customer refreshments stocked up at all times
• Dealing with post, packages within the business and distributing amongst team
• Helping with parking for customers
• Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy and clear of crockery etc at all times; also kitchen area in showroom
• Covering front desk when customers come in and letting the service team know they have customers waiting for them

You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring visitors have a great experience.
