We are looking for a Receptionist/Host for a client of ours in Welham Green, Hatfield to start immediately!
This is a temporary role for at least a couple of weeks but could be extended to a couple of months. Working 4-5 days per week, 07:00-4:30pm paying £11.44 per hour.
Duties for this Receptionist/Host role:
First point of contact for all face to face customers
Ensure reception area is staffed and kept tidy at all times
Direct customers towards the seating area and offer refreshments while they are waiting
Keep customer refreshments stocked up at all times
Dealing with post, packages within the business and distributing amongst team
Helping with parking for customers
Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy and clear of crockery etc at all times; also kitchen area in showroom
Covering front desk when customers come in and letting the service team know they have customers waiting for themYou will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring visitors have a great experience.
