RECEPTIONIST £35,000 - £38,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS CITY A wonderful opportunity for a confident and polished career Receptionist to gain longevity and true ownership of their role, making their lasting mark within a thriving Private Equity firm, based in the heart of the City. The team are welcoming and collaborative, very much enjoy working together, and have an all-hands-on deck approach to the tight deadlines and highly demanding nature of their industry. The role is positioned within the immaculate reception area and sits alongside their wonderful Office Manager, who is looking for an experienced Receptionist to create a tight-knit and highly polished Front of House Team with. THE ROLE: Professional, engaging, and thoughtful liaison with high-level clients on a face-to-face basis Taking full ownership of meeting room scheduling and booking, for 10 meeting rooms Preparing meeting rooms to the highest standards Liaise with the main building Reception to ensure all guests are registered prior to arrival Organise refreshments and lunches for meetings Distribute all incoming post and special deliveries Take ownership of the kitchen area, ensuring it is tidy and fully stocked Assist the Office Manager with facilities, IT, administration, stationery orders, and provide full cover during annual leave THE CANDIDATE: A career Receptionist with 5 client services exposure, within a Private Equity or boutique investment environment High standards, a great communicator, engaging and warm, confident, no-ego team player, and a natural problem solver with the ability to work on your initiative The hours for this position are 09:00 17:30, Monday to Friday, based in the City.
