Hirestaff's partner has an exciting opportunity for a Reservations & Events Coordinator to their highly successful team. Your main responsibility as the Reservations & Events Coordinator will oversee the daily operation of the reservations department and handle all incoming reservation enquiries, as well as a small number of events.
Key Skills
- Previous experience in a premium operation as a Reservations or Events Coordinator, preferably in a country house hotel with a spa
- Previous experience using a hotel PMS system (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of all the Front Office operations
- Excellent customer service skills and communication
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation

Duties
- Taking Reservations calls and replying to email enquiries
- Handling and converting of event enquiries
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, agents and guests ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times
- Maintain and deliver consistent company agreed standards
