Receptionist

Are you customer focused, well presented with a fabulous telephone manner?  Super opportunity to join a presitigious hotel in either a temporary or temporary to permanent capacity.

The receptionist role involves working on a rota basis 5/7 including weekend work.  Hours are on a rota and either 7am to 3.30pm or 12.30pm to 9pm.

Meals are provided whilst on duty.

Receptionist duties include:- 

• Answering the telephone and dealing with reservations and queries.


• Deliver the correct procedure in front office operations, computer procedures, handling of cash and credit facilities and guest information services thus providing and efficient and professional service at all times during your shift.


• Checking guests in and out.

Experience needed for the receptionist role:-

• Customer focused experience and excellent telephone manner


• Smart appearance
