Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team for�VINCI Facilities.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Handle scheduling and appointment management as necessary.
- Organising bookings for meetings.
- Liaising with catering and setting up conference Room 1 for events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes within the office environment.
Training to be held before 24th December with a start date of 2nd of Jan 2025
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: �11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
