Receptionist
Pertemps are excited to be working with a leading law firm who are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their growing team. Our client is open to both a full time and part time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips
- Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly
- Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements as a Receptionist:
- Previous reception and front of house experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail - orientated
The Role:
- �25,000 - �27,000 full time equivalent
- Part time hours - Monday to Thursday 13.00 - 17.30 and 13.00 - 17.00 on Fridays
- Full time hours- Monday to Thursday 09.00 - 17.30 and 09.00 - 17.00 on Fridays
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
