- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

A business centre is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. You will greet and welcome visitors while ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage and schedule meeting rooms.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring visitor access, and issuing badges.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and assist in scheduling meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous front-of-house reception experience in a busy, customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and office administration systems.
