We are recruiting a full time Mon-Fri Client Assistant / Receptionist to be based in luxury offices in the heart of London.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing a wow factor welcome to all clients and colleagues, ensuring the highest standard of hospitality is given at all times
- Book and prep meeting rooms for clients
- Making sure that the reception area and communal areas are�well presented and running smoothly.
- To assist with the smooth daily running of the office, guest passes, taking post and courier deliveries etc
- Help with any networking or client events
- Offer tours of the office space to potential new clients
- Taking ownership - ensuring that the office�is consistently well presented�
