We are hiring for Records Officer (Document Controller /Records Management / Information Management /Administration)Location : Dounreay Experience in document management systems and proceduresManage the document control process to ensure all documents are properly classified, version controlled, and readily accessible.Implement and adhere to document retention policies, ensuring the integrity and longevity of program records.Conduct quality checks on new documents to guarantee accuracy and completeness.Input, maintain, and retrieve data from the program's electronic database/system.Provide exceptional system administration support to the Programme Manager and team, including taking clear and concise meeting minutes and notes.Handle a variety of general administrative tasks, such as purchasing supplies, filing documents, photocopying materials, arranging meetings, and distributing program documents.Proficiency with electronic database systemsKey Skill's : Records Officer (Document Controller /Records Management / Information Management /Administration)
