Responsibilities:


  • Managing adult Drug and Alcohol Case Management, including assessments, risk assessment, and risk management.
  • Overseeing prescription management under appropriate supervision.
  • Delivering effective drug and alcohol interventions to support client recovery.
  • Working collaboratively with service users to empower recovery from alcohol and substance misuse.

To be considered for the Recovery Coordinator role, ideally you will have:


  • 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role within Substance Misuse services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and deliver effective care coordination.
  • A strong commitment to high-quality, client-centered care.
