Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality talent while providing a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
Use job boards and social media platforms to build a talent pipeline.
Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
Recruitment Process Management
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
Organise and participate in interviews, including panel discussions when required.
Candidate Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment laws and GDPR regulations.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and interview notes.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in recruitment.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills for assessing recruitment metrics and improving strategies.
