Job Title: Recruitment Admin

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Ellesmere Port

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months with potential to be extended

Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8.30am-5pm, Thursday-Friday 8.30am-4pm

Pay rate: �14.55-�15.59 p/hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews and engage hiring managers
• Post job ads, source CVs, and shortlist candidates
• Utilise Excel for tracking and reporting
• Write engaging job descriptions and adverts

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Proven recruitment experience
• Proficient in Excel (confident with formulas)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Methodical approach to screening CVs
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Experience in specialist roles

Technologies:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Chat GPT
