Consider the role of a Recruitment Adviser!The RoleThe Recruitment Adviser is responsible for creating and identifying new business opportunities within the local area by developing strong working relationships with employers and bringing on board new employment opportunities for people on our programmes.Your main responsibilities would include:Identifying new business opportunities and winning new clientsPromoting an awareness on services and benefitsMaximising the repeating business opportunities through building and maintaining relationships with employersWorking closely with Employment Advisers and Skills TrainersPlanning and conducting events such as jobs fairs and employer daysPost-placement support and account managementRequired Skills & ExperienceAt least one year's experience of and track record of working in a B2B sales, account management or business development roleExperience of working as part of a service delivery teamComfortable with both face-to-face and remote visitsSuch attributes as: Challenge and Resilience, Flexibility and Adaptability, Honesty and Integrity, Impactful Communication, Planning and Decision Making, Selling and InfluencingA minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma in combination with GCSE English Language Grade B or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).Desirable AttributesExperience of working in recruitment, publicly funded services or other similar sectorsInterest in people and willingness to go the extra mileInterest in career and personal development
