• Salary: £45K (6-month initial contract with potential opportunity to extend or become permanent)

The Role:
The Recruitment & Compliance Manager will have a diverse range of responsibilities.

• Lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple geographical locations
• Utilise creative strategies to generate candidates
• Leverage strong social media skills for recruitment
• Travel to challenging recruitment locations as needed
• Ensure candidates match both skill set and personal requirements
• Oversee onboarding and transition packages to care coordinators
