Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and post job ads on career websites, newspapers and universities boards.
- Process paperwork for new hires.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Help organise and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programmes.
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Ability to commute to Manchester.
