We are working in partnership with our recruitment client who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to manage and continue to grow the team and business throughout Scotland. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing successful recruitment teams within agency. You will have a sound knowledge of the temporary labour market as well as permanent and ideally have covered one or more of the following sectors FMCG, Commercial and Industrial.

If you do not have experience within recruitment then our client is also open to engaging with candidates who have management experience within the FMCG, Logistics, Sales, Hospitality or Industrial industry.
Responsibilities
Managing, coaching and developing people and performance management
Operating in a competitive environment in which significant business growth is required
Working with P&L, budgets, business forecasting and trend analysis
Business development - Developing true rapport with clients through networking and attending events
Supporting high-calibre candidates in securing career-changing opportunities with top-tier clients
Creatively applying your knowledge to solve specific recruitment challenges for both clients and candidates
Managing and closing complex, lucrative deals
Taking responsibility for key client relationships and exceeding all expectations
Experience
Proven experience in a recruitment management role or similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Resilience, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Strong relationship building skills
Experience and knowledge of GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority)
Multi sector experience
Experienced in leading teams to maximise both temporary and permanent billings
Track record of driving growth within existing and new business
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
