About the Role My client is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Branch Manager to lead their Manchester office. This is a hands-on role where you will drive recruitment performance, develop client relationships, and lead a team of recruitment consultants. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions while achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the recruitment team to hit targets and exceed client expectations.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to grow the branchs market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
Drive new business development and recruitment sales within the Manchester area.
Ensure full compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies.
Motivate, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve success.
Monitor key recruitment metrics and report on performance to senior management.
