At Jubilee Hospitality we are looking for a passionate & driven hospitality specialist to complement our successful & well established Birmingham Team.
The Chef Recruitment Consultant role will be perfect for someone who has has experience within a Head Chef/ Sous Chef role and would like to continue a rewarding career supporting, Hotels throughout the Midlands.
Full recruitment training is provided alongside excellent development & career progression opportunities.
Importantly, the suited candidate will be tenacious, pragmatic and add a great energy to the established Birmingham office.
Hospitality / Chef Recruitment Consultant job in Birmingham Highlights:
* Successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a successful recruiter within a very well-established/ supportive team.
* Working within a company that has 20 years of history supporting clients across the UK.
* Consultants can expect a realistic earning potential 40k+ in the first 12 months (OTE) with uncapped bonus a huge earning potential in the long-term.
* Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) + approx. 5 additional days per year for on call.
* Conveniently located office in the Jewelry Quarter.
* Monday to Friday Office Hours.

* Developing and managing relationships with clients and candidates.
* Taking the initiative to identify new business opportunities.
* Using empathy to understand the needs of all stakeholders.
* Becoming an industry expert who can provide advice to clients and candidates.

* Previous Recruitment industry experience is not required.
