Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester, specializing in the EMEA Tech Sales market. In this role, you will focus solely on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, allowing you to develop deep expertise in talent acquisition without the added responsibility of business development.

As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and placing top tech sales talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline, ensuring our clients have access to the best professionals to drive their sales success in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking, to source qualified candidates within the EMEA Tech Sales market.

* Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience and high retention rates.

* Market Expertise: Stay informed on the latest trends in the EMEA tech sales sector, including key companies, job market trends, and emerging talent.

* Candidate Placement: Match suitable candidates with open roles, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.

* Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, tracking communications and progress for seamless follow-up.

* Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to align candidate profiles with client requirements and open positions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting within the tech sales or technology sector, ideally focused on EMEA markets.

* Strong knowledge of the tech sales landscape, including sales methodologies and key players in the industry.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.

* Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and social media for recruitment purposes.
